Hi Dawn, I see you are researching the Friend family. I am decended from Thomas Friend. Jesse Friend was my Great-great-great Grandfather. His daughter Ethel Lilly was my Great-great Grandmother. She married James Hall. Their daughter Mary Anne Hall married George Edward Coleman. Their son Walter Miles James Coleman was my Grandfather. He married Phyllis Maud Cooper and their daighter Valmai is my mother. Of note, my Great Uncle George Edward Coleman (named after his father) died on the Sydney when it went down. My tree has Millers from Ulbster as my mothers maiden name was Miller with ancestors from Ulbster .
