Welcome to aussierhonda.com the replacement for dixie9.com V.5.0.3!
I first put my genealogy online in 1998 on geocities. It steadily grew as time permitted and in Dec 2001 I opened Dixie9.com. Then with the creation of my alternative site, Australian Funeral Industry Links aussierhonda.com was finally registered and is now being used as the main site, from the search engine statistics aussierhonda is being searched far more often than dixie9.
We not only have Australian families we have links to Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Cornwall and Indigenous (aboriginal) families along with our convict heritage as well, feel free to browse through the family groups listed above to view their descendant and ancestor charts and see if you are related.
Also remember to bookmark the site (Control+D) and check the Whats New page for updates and any new information added. We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks to all the 'cousins' that we have come across so far that have helped contribute to this family tree. It has been compiled purely from NSW BDM Indexes and the Australian Cemetery Indexes together, it is definitely open to corrections, additions and adjustments, I was seriously fascinated with the name Bebeannah which is what got me started! Anybody know the history of it? Please come forward.

Submitted by Rhonda on Sun, 02/03/2008 - 13:40.Our Miller and related families had strong ties to the world of 'travelling entertainers' as showman, acrobats, sideshow, circus and even a snakeman. In fact the family is still represented within the business today!
Charlie Miller (1894-1949) was apparently known as the 'Snakeman' around Bingara. Charlie and Emily nee Davis (his wife) were also known as the 'Marco's' within the circuit.
Using Drupal to present your genealogy

The site, as it is now, is presented using the CMS (Content Management System) Drupal. I have tried several different CMS's over the years and whilst learning Drupal is not an easy task I find it a wonderful system.

I had originally thought that the Mary Jane BRETT here was part of the family that arrived that immigrated to Australia from England in 1857 on "Plantagenet"
